I recently bought a refrigerator at Bay Appliance and my experience couldn't have been better..I knew exactly what I wanted and Bryan showed me the options and I purchased one...Bryan was knowledgeable and not at all pushy..I think I was in the store not more than 15 minutes...He told me when it would be delivered the following week and it came right on time..the men set it up in my house taking again about 15 minutes...couldn't be happier and I love my new refrigerator! From now on I will continue to do business with Bay Appliance

We have been buying appliances from Bay Appliances for 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. Great Weber Grill, great Hotpoint gas dryer, great Samsung TV (actually higher quality AND less expensive than Walmart), great chest freezer, and so on. Their parts lady helped me find a vendor for a custom glass drawer cover for my fridge. This store is not expensive, considering the quality of their appliances. We don't bother going to other stores anymore. i
