Product might be good, but communication with service team is abysmal. Paid for installation, haul-away of old machine, and reversal of washing machine door. The service delivery team members that are sent are good people, but they are never provided the service order nor are they permitted to install, haul-away, or reverse the door. This is the fault of Electrolux and third-party delivery management RXO. All I ever receive is an apology, but no results. Multiple people came on multiple days and I ultimately had to reverse the door on the washing machine myself. No idea if done right. Contacted management and they never respond. Awful!

My husband and I bought an Electrolux washing machine to replace a one year old Whirlpool that died suddenly. After using our new Electrolux for a few weeks, we are both wondering if the Whirlpool was even getting our clothes clean, as our clothes since obtaining the Electrolux washer smell much cleaner and don't have a grimy feel to them.The washer is straightforward, easy to use, and far quieter than we imagined.Glad we spent the extra money to get this!

Love the many options provided. Ease of use is excellent. However, cleaning the filter will require a assistance. Question: why isn't there an easy access point to drain and clear the filter without disassembly through the rear panel? All previously owned washing machines allowed easy front access.

I recently purchased my Electrolux wash machine and I absolutely love it! I was in need of something that could handle laundry for a family of 5 as well as handle dirty baseball & work clothes and I found it with this front loader! The different wash settings are helpful, the machine is quiet and most importantly it works great and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wash machine!

Got this new washer with our new Lennar home. It does a fabulous job cleaning our clothes. Two major issues is high rattling noise when metal buttons hit the metal cylinder and ™gas™ smell noticed in our laundry room when in use.

I purchased the Electrolux after my 4 year old GE washer's motor and inverter died. It was $800 to repair so I asked the repair person what would you buy and he said Electrolux. I've had it about 10 days and so far it has worked beautifully. It is also quieter than the one I had previously. My hope is that it lasts a lot longer than 4 years.

I have never used this line before, so far so good. The only things negative I to say is when they cycle is done, it takes forever for the washer to shut off. Meaning the display panel stays on and lite up. The other complaint is, the door handle seems a little sharp on my hand. It isn't a very smooth handle to open.

The vast majority of these reviews are absolutely scams and I wouldn™™t be surprised if mine gets taken down. We™™ve had one of these washers for just a few years, and for the last maybe 6 months, it has refused to cycle all the way. It™™ll just stop spinning and keep making noise as if it™™s working for half an hour until it inevitably gives up and claims it™™s finished the cycle. Sometimes there™™s just a puddle of water left inside the washer. Other times it™™s at least drained the water out but it hasn™™t spun the excess water out from the clothes or towels, so the stuff is soaking wet when we throw it in the dryer. We™™ve had a tech come in and they couldn™™t fix it without recommending we just pay for parts which, after factoring in the cost of labor as well, would equal the amount for a brand new washer anyway.The vast majority of these positive reviews are made by bots. Even this site tried to dissuade me from leaving this review on mobile by not allowing me to click the "I agree to the terms & conditions" box when I attempted to post this from my phone. So be aware that if you™™re buying this, it is likely only good for a few years before you have some serious problems with it, and the company is incredibly shady. You™™re better off finding another brand.

My last washer was a large top loading machine. I would wash & double rinse things and the sheets would have a couple of large areas that were still completely dry. Never did think my laundry was actually clean. My Electrolux is getting everything wet and smelling clean with a third of the laundry detergent. Haven™™t had it for long but so far so good.

Let me tell you that it is a game changer - our clothes have never been cleaner and it got stains out of my daughters clothing that I felt for sure were permanent.
